Plan your La Placita visit from your Fajardo accommodation
Request a taxi from Fajardo to La Placita de Santurce for dinner, music, or a daytime market visit. Agree on the drop-off and return plan before your outing.
For dinner at La Placita, begin with the restaurant name and its current reservation instructions. Send the street address and the time you need to arrive when requesting your Fajardo pickup. If you are visiting the market area without a particular venue in mind, say that clearly and agree on a suitable passenger drop-off. A general San Juan address can leave the destination unresolved when your plans are specifically in Santurce.
Arrange the trip back while planning the outward ride, especially if your group expects to visit several places during the evening. Choose one return meeting point everyone can identify and ask how changes to the ready time should be communicated. If the return will be after midnight, state the calendar date as well as the time to avoid confusion. A one-way drop-off does not reserve a waiting vehicle or establish a late-night return unless those arrangements are requested and confirmed.
La Placita de Santurce is your destination
La Placita is the Plaza del Mercado de Santurce in San Juan, with a traditional market and surrounding restaurants, bars, and music venues. It is in Santurce, not Old San Juan. Use the name of your restaurant or an agreed meeting reference rather than an Old San Juan plaza pin. Check venue hours, reservations, and admission directly with the business you intend to visit.
